1. General Return & Refund Process

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Return the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

2. Return & Refund Scenarios

Defective or Damaged Items:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the defect or damage, along with your order number.

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide a return label for defective or damaged items and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received:

  1. Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the wrong item. Provide details and photos of the item you received versus what was ordered.

  2. Return and Exchange: We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send the correct item to you at no additional cost. If the correct item is unavailable, we will process a full refund.

Order Not Received:

  1. Check Tracking: Verify the delivery status using the tracking number provided.

  2. Contact Us: If the order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us for assistance. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and either resend the order or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation Request: Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  2. Post-Shipment Cancellation: If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process to return the item for a refund.

Change of Mind:

  1. Return Request: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item for a refund, minus the original shipping cost, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

3. Refund Processing

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs: For returns related to defective or incorrect items, shipping costs will be refunded. For other returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
